After 30 years in the US — building a thriving marketing data and analytics business, raising a family, and navigating the unique challenges of life as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) — Sreekanth recognized a critical gap in services for people like himself.
The questions he found himself asking as he got older weren't abstract: Are my assets working for me, so I don't need to work so hard? Do I have enough for a meaningful retirement? How do I protect against the long-term depreciation of the US Dollar? How do I compound wealth across generations, not just preserve it?
In answering these questions for himself — through years of real investing, costly mistakes, and continuous learning — the Global Hidden Compounders strategy was born. It was not developed in a classroom. It was built in the real world.
Sreekanth built AyurAsset not because he needed the income. His retirement plan is in order. His children are making their own way. His parents are cared for. He built it because he wanted to share what he had learned — to help others navigate the same challenges he once faced, particularly those in the pivotal ages of 40–60 who are transitioning from wealth-building to wealth-protecting and transfer.
He is especially attuned to the unique challenges faced by first-generation immigrants and NRIs: the cross-border complexities of financial, legal, and tax matters; the care of aging parents abroad; the desire to maintain cultural connection for his kids while building a life in America.
The world is made better individual by individual, as each person grows in wisdom and self-understanding. AyurAsset is Sreekanth's way of contributing — not through sweeping change, but by helping one investor at a time achieve financial peace of mind so they can focus on what truly matters: health, relationships, and purpose.

Krisanne brings a diverse professional background to AyurAsset, serving as Chief Compliance Officer, Administrator, and Account Manager. Her connection to AyurAsset's founder, Sreekanth, spans decades. The two first crossed paths in 1999 at a software startup during the internet tech boom. Over the years, that professional relationship deepened into a trusted partnership, including her foundational support in launching Affinity Answers, from 2006 to 2011, the company Sreekanth built into the success it is today. In the years between, she ran her own real estate business for over two decades, sharpening the skills she now brings to her role at AyurAsset.
Her professional strengths are well-suited to the needs of a growing, client-focused firm. She has a particular talent for business process evaluation and improvement as well as client communication and account management. She thrives in small, dedicated teams where collaboration and trust are central to the culture. What drew her to AyurAsset was not just the professional opportunity, but the mission itself. When Sreekanth shared his vision to help people achieve peace of mind around their finances, freeing them to focus on health, well-being, and spiritual growth, it resonated deeply. These are values she has long held at the center of her own life, alongside a love of tango dancing, time in nature, creative writing, and meaningful conversations about consciousness. She is proud to contribute her experience and passion to a firm whose purpose goes far beyond just wanting to make a profit.
